


In-Person presentations will be the main part of sessions at AP-EduTeach2026. Sessions will take place in parallel with a duration of 90 minutes. Each session will contain six speakers leaving some time for in depth discussions.
Presentations should last no longer than 15 - 20 minutes (including 3 mins for Q & A).
Contributions submitted as an oral presentation may be accepted as a poster due to the limited amount of time slots available for presentation.

Technical Specification
- Recommended size is A0 (841 mm x 1189 mm or 33.1 inches x 46.8 inches), in portrait orientation.
- Ensure the poster is readable from a reasonable distance (about 1.5 meters or 5 feet).
- QR Code (Optional): You may include a QR code linking to additional resources or a detailed version of your work, ensuring easy access for attendees interested in learning more.

1920 pixels by 1080 pixels (an aspect ratio of 16 x 9), save it either as a .jpg or .jpeg file at 100 ppi (pixels per inch)
Display time : 3 mins (or to describe the poster to the audience) and 2 mins for Q & A
